• All Driver’s are experienced AZ Drivers; who have a minimum of 2 years shunting experience with a clean safety records.
  • All Driver’s will go through an orientation & on-site training before they are independent in Shunt yards.
  • Safety violations are closely monitored, recorded and remedial measures are taken right away.
    • Qualified and trained back up drivers will be able to reach any of your sites within an hour to cover a driver’s illness or emergency.
    • Back up shunt driver will be trained on-site to cover a driver’s vacation. All Drivers are required to provide a 2 week notice for a vacation; except in the case of an emergency.
  • All Driver’s will carry Tej Shunt Identification Cards.
  • Weekly Driver’s Performance & Equipment Inspections on site will be done by a Senior Operations Manager.
